Financial data in an institution, both government and private, is an important
component that influences the running of the agency's organization, because
financial data is one of the leading materials in making organizational policies and
decisions. Therefore, employee data requires good and correct management. At this
time, the financial data management of the Cibeber Zakat Collecting Unit still uses
Ms. Excel, so there will be management difficulties and longer time if you want to
store data on incoming money, outgoing money, assistance money (shadaqah,
infaq). Another problem that arises is the absence of financial recapitulation data
that has been issued.
Based on the problems that occur, the Zakat Collection Unit is needed an
application that can facilitate Financial data management. So that the Financial
Management data received by the Zakat Collection Unit can be managed quickly
and easily.
Making this application using the PHP programming language with the
Visual Studio Code software program. The development method used is the
waterfall model which consists of Communication, Planning, Modeling,
Construction, Deployment. While the design method uses UML (Unified Modeling
Language) with usecase diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams, sequence
diagrams. This application consists of a home page, managing zakat funds,
managing infaq funds, managing fund distribution, and managing fund receipts.
The results of this application design are implemented in the form of
software or financial data management applications for the Zakat Collection Unit
(UPZ) in Cibeber District which consists of a home page, managing zakat funds,
managing infaq funds, managing distribution of funds and receiving funds. With
this application, it is expected that data management is used more effectively and
efficiently.
